Inc. was formed in June 2010 by a South Florida real estate and title insurance attorney, at a time when Florlda's title agencies and agents had not renewed their licenses, leaving many real estate brokerages and agents without their usual title insurance sources. The recovering Florida real estate market has since supported ACT’s expansion to four South Florida locations, making our coverage area very broad. ACT's core management team has over 60 years combined experience in the South Florida real estate and title insurance industries. We are extremely knowledgeable concerning industry underwriting requirements and regulations and are frequently able to anticipate and satisfy or avoid issues that might not typically arise when a transaction is well underway.
